Flat White
€4.50Double ristretto, silky steamed milk
Single-origin beans, hand-roasted in-house. Pastries baked at dawn. A neighborhood table that knows your name.
Maison Brûle began in 2013 with a single roaster, a borrowed corner of a bakery, and a stubborn belief: great coffee shouldn't be rushed. Twelve years later, we still roast in small batches, source from farmers we know by name, and pull every espresso by hand.
Our pastry chef Léa arrives at 4am. Our baristas train for six months before they touch the machine. We change the menu every season. This is the slow craft, done right.
A small, seasonal menu done exceptionally well.
Double ristretto, silky steamed milk
Hand-poured, 28 origins rotating
Léa's laminated dough, frangipane
Sourdough, soft egg, chili crisp
Our smart recommender learns from the season, the weather, and what regulars are loving. Three suggestions, hand-tuned by your barista — refreshed every morning.
"The only flat white in Paris worth queueing for. Antoine remembers my order — that's the kind of place this is."
"Their cardamom bun alone would be a destination. The fact that the coffee is also world-class is almost unfair."
"Brought my laptop once in 2018. I have a favorite corner now. They brought me a cortado without asking."
Reserve a window seat, order ahead, or just walk in — we're open.
